Stormy, a True Black female, had been bred to BlackJack for a Spring 2011 cria. Good likelihood of a black cria from this pairing. Despite her age, she has not yet raised a cria because of previous non-breeder ownership, which is why she is in Group C.

UPDATE: Stormy produced a lovely dark, crimpy Female cria on May 13, 2011. The Sire is BlackJack and the cria is dark brown with black markings, and looks like she will be darker after her first shearing -- possibly even black.. She certainly has a lot of black in her background. Stormy has been a competent mother and has taken full care of her daughter, Elvira.
