If you have breeding females and you take only one workshop, a Neonatal Clinic with hands-on lab is probably the most important one to attend.

The neonatal workshop will cover:

  • Reproductive anatomy & physiology
  • Breeding & pregnancy diagnosis
  • Gestational development
  • Care of pregnant dam
  • Normal & abnormal birthing
  • Care of normal and high-risk crias

The clinic includes a hands-on lab to help you prepare for handling a dystocia (abnormal position).  Learn to determine the position of the cria, how to correct some dystocias and when to call the vet.

Course fee: $135/person, $225 for 2 from same ranch.
All workshops include continental breakfast, lunch, and course materials.
